Work with us

Do your best work in families' homes — with real support behind you.

KidSLP is a growing roster of experienced pediatric SLPs, in-person and online. We handle the families, the scheduling, the paperwork and the parent communication system. You do the therapy.

A speech-language pathologist works through a word list and letter tiles with a boy at a kitchen table.

Who we're looking for

  • State SLP license in good standing
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Substantial pediatric experience
  • Comfortable coaching caregivers, not just treating children
  • Based anywhere in the states we serve — in-person roles where you are, and teletherapy roles across them
  • Additional languages a strong plus

What we offer

  • Independent contractor work, paid per completed session — we'll go through rates on the first call
  • You set your own hours, and there's no minimum caseload — tell us when you're available and we'll match families into it
  • Families are matched by region and specialty
  • Scheduling, intake, billing and reminders handled for you
  • Templates and a caregiver-communication system so the admin is minutes, not hours
  • Case discussion with our clinical team whenever you want a second opinion, and one-to-one time with Karolina, our founding SLP
