How it works
Three steps, and you're never on your own.
A free 15-minute consult
Tell us what you're noticing. We'll tell you honestly whether an evaluation makes sense, and what it would cost.
An evaluation at home or online
For young children it looks like play. You're in the room the whole time, and you get a written report and a plan — not “wait and see”.
Weekly therapy with a plan you can see
Same therapist each week, at home or online, at times that work with your schedule. Goals you understand, and progress you can check.
Caregiver coaching
Caregivers are supported throughout therapy.
Caregivers spend far more time with a child than any therapist. Where it's clinically appropriate, you can join sessions for coaching; either way, you receive practical strategies for the routines you already have, so progress continues between visits.
Between sessions, every family gets:
- A short recap and one home activity after every session
- A weekly home-practice nudge
- Secure messaging, with a reply within one business day
- A plain-language progress update every 4–6 weeks
Recaps, activities and progress live in your KidSLP family portal — one place, on your phone, always up to date.

Meet the founder
Karolina Radziwillowicz, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD
State-licensed speech-language pathologist · TSSLD · SOS Trained Feeding Therapist · M.S., Teachers College, Columbia University
I started KidSLP because I kept meeting families who had been told to wait and see. As a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience in Early Intervention, I know that speech and language grow in everyday moments — at the kitchen table, on the floor, on the walk to school. So I built a practice that brings experienced therapists into your home, with caregivers coached and supported along the way.
“Every child deserves to be heard.”

What families say
Working with Karolina has made such a meaningful difference in my child’s feeding journey. My child has autism and initially had significant difficulty tolerating different foods and textures. Karolina was patient, encouraging, and attentive to my child’s individual needs. She introduced new textures gradually through play and sensory exploration, helping my child feel comfortable without creating pressure around eating. She also provided practical strategies that we could easily continue at home. Since beginning feeding therapy, my child has become more willing to interact with, taste, and accept a wider variety of foods. We are incredibly grateful for Karolina’s support and the progress our child has made.
Working with Mrs. Karolina was such a pleasure! I was skeptical at first doing telehealth services being that my son was only two and had never really used devices before, but she was very attentive to my son’s needs and had amazing patience with him. She is very accommodating to our family’s super busy schedule and had great communication during our time together. Mrs. Karolina helped my son tremendously throughout his time with her, learning how to sound out and pronounce letters and words. My son used to run through the alphabet like it was just a song and she helped him to slow down and actually identify each individual letter, and now he is a pro at not just identifying letters but words associated with letters, colors, numbers and animals. Mrs. Karolina always had helpful tools to suggest outside of therapy and is very caring for her students! She always had a smile on her face and a great attitude toward teaching. I wish we could take her with us into every year of his learning! Thank you for everything Mrs. Karolina, best wishes to you always!
We started working with Karolina through the Early Intervention program when my son was around 2.5 years old, and she quickly became one of his absolute favorite therapists. Over the course of a year, she helped him make real, notable progress and she did it with a level of patience, consistency, and genuine enthusiasm for kids and her job that was evident from day one.
What set her apart was how naturally she connected with him. She has a true gift for working with kids. She was always finding ways to keep him engaged, and able to pivot and redirect him when needed, without missing a beat. It was clear in every session that this is not just a job for her. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows.
When she moved, I was worried about continuity of care, but she went above and beyond by committing to virtual sessions and keeping him just as engaged on screen as she had been in person. She was also wonderfully flexible when I needed to reschedule, always making sure we could fit in makeup sessions so he never fell behind.
She stayed with us all the way through the end of his Early Intervention journey, and I am so grateful for her dedication.
Karolina has made such a positive difference in my child’s speech development. My child had difficulty producing the /s/ sound due to a phonological process, which often made their speech difficult for others to understand. Karolina used engaging, age-appropriate activities to help my child recognize and correctly produce the sound in words and sentences. She also gave us simple strategies to practice at home. We have seen a noticeable improvement in my child’s speech clarity and confidence, and we are incredibly grateful for her patience, support, and dedication.

Questions parents ask
Straight answers, before you commit to anything.
You don't need to know before you call. If something feels off — fewer words than other kids, hard to understand, mealtimes that are a struggle — a free consult is the place to start. We'll tell you honestly whether an evaluation makes sense.
We see children and young adults from birth to 21. For toddlers, the earlier the better: the brain is most adaptable in the first years, and a short course of support now often prevents a longer one later.
Yes — in person where we're available, or online if you prefer. Tell us where you are and we'll match you with a therapist.
For young children it looks like play — that's the assessment. You're in the room the whole time. For older children and teens it's conversation, games and a few short tasks. You leave with a written report and a plan.

It depends on your child, and anyone who gives you a number before meeting them is guessing. What we promise is a plan with goals you understand, a progress update every 4–6 weeks, and an honest conversation about when to stop.
Every voice grows differently. Let's talk about yours.
Fifteen minutes with a licensed speech-language pathologist. No forms about your child's health, no commitment — just a conversation about what you're noticing.
